Marcel brings over 40 years of invaluable experience in the aviation industry, leaving a lasting impact on KLM Royal Dutch Airlines and Qatar Airways, where he launched and led their Rave teams. Since 2016, he has passionately served as co-chair of the Agifor Crew Management Study Group, organizing ten engaging crew management conferences globally.
Now, he is excited to embark on a new adventure by founding MarcelyK Consulting LLC, and he looks forward to sharing his expertise to inspire and support the next generation of aviation professionals.

A professional with 16 years of experience in the Mexican airline industry, specializing in in-flight operations, labor relations, and crew management. She served as a flight attendant and union delegate at Aeroméxico, Aviacsa, and Allegro, leading initiatives focused on compliance, operational efficiency, and crew welfare. Currently based in Doha, Qatar, she complements her career with experience in diplomatic relations and international event organization.
She is augmenting MarcelyK Consulting LLC with her organizational talent and insight into crew management.
